The Cul-De-Sac Home

This beautiful modern farmhouse was a dream to renovate! This was definitely a big project (over 3000 sqft to be exact 😅), but with some major TLC, we were able to turn this outdated, gutted house into the perfect modern farmhouse in just a few weeks!

My favorite piece in this home was the restored, built-in coffee hutch. I found this piece on Facebook Marketplace and I knew that with some fresh paint and hardware it’d bring the perfect modern touch to the kitchen! We installed some outlets into the back and now this space is every coffee lover’s dream 😍🙌🏻

This 4 bed/3.5 bath home now also features a large cottage-designed kitchen with subway tile, butcher block, and quartz counters. We redesigned each bathroom, added board and batten to the spacious living room, and wrapped the entry room in cozy wainscoting. All of this only a short drive to the beach! 😉
